The Scranton-Temple Residency Program enjoys a high ratio of faculty to residents. Our residents do not have to compete for the attending's time and the educational benefit that results from this is greatly enhanced.

In addition to the Core Faculty, STRP has a large general faculty of over 100 community-based physicians who actively participate in the teaching of STRP residents. The general faculty includes physicians from all medicine subspecialties.
