Salary and Benefits

The salary for our residents is very competitive with programs in the northeast region of Pennsylvania. Scranton’s significant cost of living advantage provides our residents with many opportunities unavailable in larger cities. In addition to a competitive salary, the program also provides:

  • $200 yearly stipend for books (Second and third year residents only)
